I just got Suntek HC810G model and the camera doesn't work with my Gmail account. This isn't my first Suntek camera, and I already have Suntek HC300M that I have configured properly and it works with SMTP without issues, so I have some basic knowledge regarding configuration.
I created an app password for the HC810G model. I used the same parameter.dat file that I use for my HC300M, the email configuration is the same. I just pasted the new app password since both cameras use the same email to send photos. I also tried recreating the parameter.dat from scratch. Gmail settings are correct, TLS and port 587. My APN configuration should be correct, it's exactly the same on my phone and on HC300M. My card is recognized and it shows that I have a 4G network available when I enter the TEST mode. The camera records video and photos, but it's not sending anything via a network.
I'm baffled by this issue, and I'm not able to pinpoint the cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
