Hello. Has anyone replaced the timing chain kit along with the crankshaft gear? How is the wheel attached to the shaft?

By pressing the pulley fixed with a bolt to the main shaft. There is no wedge or keyway there. If you want to do it yourself and you have no practice on this subject - don't even touch it or you will demolish the engine.

Be calm about my practice. There is no typical "float" and it is not tightened with a pulley.

The topic is also reheated because there is a problem with putting the gear on the shaft. There is neither a wedge nor a screw. You have to heat up hot, but the first time the mechanic stuck the wheel so that it jumped.
