    Hello.
    Is there any method to reinstall the firmware.
    The dedicated tool, ie "Patriot Tool Box_Complete_v1.15-1" does not provide such a possibility (certainly from the interface level).

    Thanks for the answer.
    The problem is that the disk is visible in the system (device manager), visible in the utility (SMART, info about software version etc.), but I am not able to access the data. Disk manager shows offline status. It cannot be "restored". Tools like EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard are unable to get to it.
    The disk ran for 3 months and suddenly it "died".

    Please include the screen from SMART and from the DMDE program window partitions, current partitioning - if it sees the disk.
    If data is important, I would rather skip updates.

    There were different configurations sitting under this sticker on different controllers and with very different memory chips, so you just have to check what's sitting in this particular unit.
