Go to Windows 10/11 Disk Management (right-click on the Windows icon and select) and format the pendrive, if visible.

Hi, @pidar don`t you have some MPAll for ps2251-19. Wherever I find it, it`s not -19. I have a Toshiba Kingston USB stick. (And if I broke the forum rules because theoretically I can`t help in the case, I would like you to make me aware of it.) I think it would be useful in the case anyway.

    Hi, I need help.
My Corsair Survivor 3.0 USB flash drive (Phison PS2251-19 / PS2319 controller) is not recognized properly — it shows as 0 bytes, RAW, and can't be formatted or cleaned (I/O error).
I’m looking for the right recovery or MPTool to fix it. Any advice or correct tool link would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    I have a very similar case but with a Kingston PS2251-19 (PS2319) stick using KIOXIA 983E980376E4 TLC 16K and F/W 10.05.5D 2022.2.25.
My device is shown as RAW in Windows Disk Management and cannot be formatted in any way.
In STTool 697 MOD with embedded MPALL v5.13.0C I see the stick (blue), but when I press AutoMP it reaches about 1% and then shows error 1222 (red status).

    Device data:
    VID: 0951
    PID: 1666
    Flash ID: 983E980376E4 - KIOXIA TLC 16K
    F/W: 10.05.5D 2022.2.25

Right now I cannot paste a full ChipGenius or MPALL log (no PC access), but I can send it later if needed.
Do you think my stick is still repairable with leaked 2022-2024 MP-packages, or is error 1222 a sign of hardware lock/final damage?
    Thank you!
