    Hello,
When I let go and add gas in every gear, apart from starting, it jerks the car. The jerks are quite strong, especially at high speed. In addition, when I turn the steering wheel to the left, e.g. on a road bend or a sharp turn, when releasing and adding gas, or after changing gear and adding gas, you can hear a grinding noise. You cannot hear anything when you turn the car and add the gas evenly. You hear nothing as you turn right. You can feel a clear slack. I would like to add that 7 thousand km ago I replaced the two-mass complete with a clutch, 20 thousand km ago, two external joints. These symptoms started some 6,000,000 years ago, some 8,000 km ago.
Checking by suspension mechanics and external and internal joints nothing showed. They think it's alright And they don't know what it might be. They indicate a differential or broken internal joints.
    205 thousand mileage.
    What could it be?

Recently, I did the same ailment in b6, when releasing or adding the gas, the clutch slipped, which made it feel like a jerk. after replacing it with new ones as the hand took away.

Could it be because of a poorly fitted clutch? Is the clutch defect? There is still a grinding noise

If it is self-adjusting then yes.

Nothing pleasant when someone spends so much money on a set of clutch and then it turns out that something is happening. For me, after replacing the entire clutch with a new one, it was grinding when the clutch was pressed slightly. The box was about to go downstairs to be checked, after 1400 km it passed.

The reason is the play in the box. The grinding is also coming from the chest. A chest for regeneration.

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

Clear play in the box. The grinding is likely coming from the differential

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Volkswagen Passat B6 2.0 TDI PD with a BKP engine experiencing significant jerking during acceleration and a grinding noise when turning left or changing gears. The user has recently replaced the dual-mass flywheel and clutch, as well as the outer joints, but the symptoms persist. Responses suggest potential issues with the clutch installation, play in the gearbox, or problems with the differential. Mechanics have not identified any faults in the suspension or joints, leading to speculation about internal joint failures or differential issues.
