You mean a problem with the installation or a problem with the display of the page? Not so long ago at work we had a similar problem with IE on win XP. I installed Firefox and the problem disappeared. Also check such output, the browser does not have to be the latest, because you will always be able to update it. See in Device Manager if you have any question marks, there you will also check your network card if it is seen. PS give larger pictures, because the current ones are illegible.

Since the author has connected it is logical that the card is installed.

The problem is probably the lack of Sp3 or other updates, the same as here:
    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3437771.html

@iKizu run the cmd window and there: ping 8.8.8.8
    and write if he answers.

If so, in the network card settings - tcp / ip set dnsy to: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

As for the browser, download it on another computer and transfer this version of FF:
    https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.0/win32/pl/Firefox%20Setup%2052.0.exe

Also include in the attachment the logs from the FRST scan (Frst.txt and Addition.txt):
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
Transfer it to a USB stick.

Topic summary

A user is experiencing connectivity issues with Internet Explorer 6 on a Windows XP laptop connected wirelessly to UPC Internet. The browser displays an "Unable to display the page" error. The user has installed Intel PROSet/Wireless 9.0.1 drivers but is unsure if the network card is recognized. Suggestions include checking the network card visibility in Device Manager, testing connectivity with another browser (like Firefox), and ensuring that Service Pack 3 (SP3) or other updates are installed. Additionally, users are advised to ping an external address (8.8.8.8) to check connectivity and set DNS servers accordingly. If necessary, Firefox can be downloaded on another computer and transferred via USB.
