The problem is that for some time it is hard for me to go in gears, and after driving one and switching back to slack the jack does not return to its place as it is shown in the video below (the clutch is pressed all the time).
When moving off, the clutch takes somewhere roughly half maybe slightly above. When driving while changing gears there are no creases or the sound of a slipping clutch but the gears are definitely harder to get in than before.

Could these be symptoms of damaged- blurred gear shifting lines?

Maybe the links, or maybe a sign of a lack of oil in the box.

I forgot to add - the oil in the crate was changed a week ago.

Then remove the bellows and see how it looks inside. I encountered such a situation that a lot of shit accumulated and the lever of change reacted strangely. It may be similar with you. It is also worth using some grease on the sliders. But here depending on the design already.

As I found nothing near the jack, I looked under the hood and I think I found the culprit:

Torn bolt and this weight stuck only on this tendon.

What is it and what is it responsible for?

and is it attached here between two links?

If so, does anyone have an idea how to screw these broken screws? I will add that it was broken evenly with the hole, so there is no way to catch it from above.
Another question, can I go a few miles to work without it?
