    Hi.

You can explain it to me because I don't think I understand part of the pump manual ibo beta 25-40 / 180.

    Quote:
In a pump with the wrong ratio of ambient temperature to
heating medium temperature, condensation may form in the steam
terminal box and motor stator. To prevent this should be done
always follow the principle that the temperature of the heating medium
must be higher than the ambient temperature. Minimum temperature of the container
    heating is 2OC.

    Full instructions: link

Is the heating medium the water that the pump sucks in? And this water is to be warmer than the ambient temperature?

After all, it is a circulation pump for hot water, where the water temperature is unlikely to be below 20 degrees (it will be cold), so no wonder.

I have such a pump installed in the central heating system with solar panels, so far it was set so that it turned on only when the stove was turned on to heat the water in the tank (boiler). In addition to the heating season, the stove is off, so this pump was also turned off, but I found in the controller the option to turn on if the water in the tank exceeds the given temperature, thanks to which the stove will heat (it may not rust) and the second plus such that it eliminates the risk of overheating this system with solar (cools the tank). The water in the boiler has a room temperature, at the moment about 21 degrees.

I was not sure about the interpretation of this manual and I had doubts whether I could start the pump when the stove is off, but if the temperature of the water on the stove is equal to the room temperature, that's ok.

    Thanks for confirmation!

Why does the car pump go for a month at max Watt? Earlier she went on 4 or 6 watt.

A topic from a few months ago, but I also noticed similar behavior in these pumps. Has anyone found the reason? And the question is how to return to the initial state - maybe some restart?
