IBO Beta 25-40 Pump Error E2: Troubleshooting New Pump Zero Power & E2 Code Issues

    Hello.

I have a problem with the Ibo beta 25-40 pump ... the pump is new (replaced 2 months ago) so far it flashed normally, and now it works once and then not. On the display after entering the furnace, it shows zero power consumption and after a while it displays E2 ... I'm a layman in this topic and nowhere I could find information about the errors of this pump, so please help

    greetings

Hello, the first step is to clean the filter in front of the pump, the next one is to check whether the voltage is properly supplied: LN PE to the appropriate plug sockets in the pump, the basis is to check if there is grounding. And if it does not help, you have to start the pump, separate the impeller from the body and move the impeller by hand, because maybe some dirt or sludge from the installation has blocked the pump. But since you are a layman, entrust it to a person who has manual skills and appropriate technical knowledge, having a guarantee, I would personally advertise this pump, call the person who installed it and deal with this topic, because if the equipment is under warranty, why should you jerk your nerves.
    Greetings.

Regards [/ quote] Why does the pump on the car go to max Watt after a month? Previously, it was going for 4 or 6 watts.

Mine went under warranty. They sent the second one and after a few months of error E2 does not catch it, but it can work with 45W power, just like you. I noticed that this happens when the water has a high temperature - above 80 degrees. I then switch it to N1 - first gear and only it works at 6W. After some time - this is different, sometimes just a few hours and sometimes days everything returns to normal and the other settings work properly again.

I have the same problem. The display can be heard as it takes off and feet and the same thing every now and then. The best part is that the pump was idle 20 months after purchase. e2- I think it is an overload error, I unscrewed and the rotor was standing, I started it and it's ok. Maybe someone will need this info.
