    Welcome,

I would like to close and open the shutters individually and all with one shutter switch. There will be 11 roller shutters. I am in the process of doing the installation, so everything can still be done.

Which solution would you recommend for controlling the external roller shutters?

    Kind regards.

There are many solutions, I used individual controllers in boxes behind roller shutter switches, type ZAMEL SRP01, power supply locally at the roller shutters, and a two-wire bus to the distribution board. You only need to consistently power and control the roller shutters from the same phase. It is best to equip the central control pushbutton with two three-pole contactors or supply power to all roller shutters from one phase (easier to install, but there may be "insufficient current" in this phase).
The one with contactors allows you to connect other controls - remote controls, twilight control, etc.
    Yours sincerely J.

Thanks for the idea, although I was already thinking about these contactors but it involves a lot of extra switchboard wiring.

Any other solution, perhaps a radio link between the central roller shutter switch and the local switches?

    Such as: https://www.fif.com.pl/pl/sterowniki-rolet/82-sterownik-rolet-str-422.html
Requires 4x1.5mm from the distribution board to each box at the window.
    Or such: https://www.fif.com.pl/pl/26-sterowniki-rolet#/montaz-w flush-mounted box o60
requires only a 3x1.5mm supply to the box by the window.

This is also a good solution, but costly, one module 70zl plus wiring, but I think it is cheaper to run 5x1.5mm2 from each window to the switchboard and use these two contactors for the control.

    Yeah?

What is the price of these "contactors" and the difference in price of 4x and 5x wires? For each window...

2 contactors at a price of approx. 200zl, you can also get cheaper,
If you choose the option with the modules, you will also have to lead the wires for the central control, which means you won't save on wires anyway. The option with contactors and a 5x1.5mm2 wire from the distribution board and connect all roller shutters in series. Probably the cheapest option in my opinion.

Bravo you... On two contactors 11 roller shutters? Please explain how you intend to connect this to make it work properly. Do you want to connect several motors in parallel????

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around controlling 11 external roller shutters both individually and collectively using a single switch. Various solutions are proposed, including the use of individual controllers like ZAMEL SRP01, which require a two-wire bus for power and control. The option of using contactors for central control is also mentioned, allowing for additional features like remote and twilight control. Alternatives such as Shelly 2.5 and ShutterBox are suggested for wireless control. The cost implications of wiring and components are debated, with a preference for using contactors and a 5x1.5mm2 wire setup for cost efficiency.
