    Hello,

    I have a set with Ryzen 2700X on 1.15V and 4.0GHz a Noctua NH-D15S cooled set + 5 fans (2 absorbing, 2 exhausting + 1 on the cooler)

I am wondering about the temperatures that the processor reaches during the Prime95 load.

    25min test max heat:

MSI Afterburner: 77-78C (little red meter on the bar, CPU1)
    Ryzen Master: 67-68C
    HW Monitor: 67-68C

Which temperature is the correct one?
What is the temperature limit that I should avoid exceeding?

I am enclosing a screen with the temperatures during the test.

Hello, for me the binding temperature would be the temperature of the Package with HWMonitor, which coincides with the indication of the Ryzen Master software.

As for the maximum temperature, the manufacturer specified it at 85 degrees.

There is no point in analyzing the temperatures at rest - the only thing worth analyzing is "full fire". This long operation with a load the computer has to endure efficiently, without load it will only get better. Although at rest the temperatures on the disc around 50 degrees seem high (although certainly not dangerous), but to be honest I have no idea what they should be on this disc.

By the way - according to HWI, you have a nice turbine to cool the plate, 675,000 RPM. My dentist's turbine would feel ashamed :D

I added some CPU power at 1.2Vcore as unexpected freeze was rare.

For example, when I left the computer for ~ 2h, it stopped responding at all, holding the switch on the housing did not reset the computer, I had to use the power supply switch to be able to restart the computer.

Added screen with temperatures during Prime95 test, max heat at 1.2V for ~ 10min
Measurements from Ryzen Master, HWMonitor, HWinfo and MSI Afterburner in the bar on the right.

I wonder if the temperature can be negatively affected by the exhaust fan above the heat sink.

Do you know what TMPIN7 stands for in HWMonitor?

Support from AMD ordered to follow the measurement with Ryzen Master.
