H i Everyone!
I'm having a problem with Compal LA-8862P mobo. When I press the power button, fan spins for few seconds and turns off. But the two LEDs near power button keep on. I checked for voltage and 3.3V, 5V are there. But no power showing in Vcore and 1.05VSP coils.
I checked for shorts. With the processor 10Ω showing to the ground and after removing the processor it's 33Ω.
I checked PU400(TPS51212DSCR) voltages after power on and it looks like in the picture.
Any help would be highly appreciated....
