    Hi,
I installed the kit as in the theme according to the scheme:
Zamel VP-719B + VO-811IDB video intercom kit - RFID master card configuration
Video, audio, the gate works. However, I cannot configure RFID.
I connect the purple cable to the power supply and according to the instructions, the buzzer should squeal during the first start, then apply any card and it will be programmed as the master. Unfortunately, after applying the power, the buzzer does not buzz, when I apply the card it is only beautifully once.
I also tried the reset. I unscrewed the back panel, pressed it, but nothing happens.
How is it going to be?
I have the external panel, monitor and hook on one power supply.
    PS
Looking now, I have not shorted WG0 and WG1. Will this have an impact on performance?

There is a good chance that the colleague answered his own question. In the scheme No, i.e. without an additional reader, these wires are short-circuited. It is true that the manual says about slightly different colors and slightly different cables, but I would stick to the diagram.
    best regards

    Hello,

I have the same problem as 'kosa351'.
Is the manual incorrect description of panel programming?
Anyone know the solution to this problem?
kosa351, did you start it up?

    Regards, Labirynth.

I haven't had time to deal with it yet. I have to work out this at last. The question is whether you shorted WG0 and WG1? I didn't do it, and it says in the schematic that it should be compact.

    Yes, I shorted WG0 and WG1.
Tomorrow I will be calling the ZAMEL factory service. If I find out anything, I will write.

    Regards, Labirynth.

Sorry for not writing for so long, but I have a heavy workload and a permanent lack of time.
I spoke to the service, there is an incorrect description in the manual.
You have to do a reset, then the panel generates intermittent sound.
It means waiting for MASTER card authorization.
After its authorization, the sound ends.
Authorization of the remaining cards is as described in the manual.
Sound signaling after applying cards to the reader:
MASTER cards generate low sound and utility cards - high sound.
I checked it on my desk, if time permits I will mount it at home on the weekend.

    Regards, Labirynth.

    Hello,

So informative, maybe someone will be looking for help on this topic.
    Intercom installed, everything works fine.
As for RFID cards, the information about the error in the manual described by me in the previous post is up-to-date.

    Regards, Labirynth.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the configuration issues faced by users of the Zamel VP-719B + VO-811IDB video intercom kit, specifically regarding the RFID master card setup. Users report that after installation, the buzzer does not sound during initial power-up, preventing the programming of the master card. It is suggested that the lack of shorting the WG0 and WG1 wires may affect functionality. A user confirmed that the manual contains incorrect instructions, and after a proper reset, the panel should emit an intermittent sound indicating readiness for master card authorization. Successful programming of both master and utility cards was later confirmed by multiple users.
