Hello, I have a problem turning on the computer in normal mode, instead of the login window to enter the password I have a gray solid screen.
The problem appeared when shutting down the computer but I turned the power strip off too soon.
The computer then turned on normally but Windows 10 exclaimed that there is a problem with the C drive and will fix it. After clicking to fix the system went the loop with C drive repair but the system cannot repair itself.
I found information in the SRT log
"Main reason found:
---------------------------
A valid boot file f: \ windows \ boot \ resources \ custom \ bootres.dll is corrupt. "In the attachment I give all the txt.
I am asking for help because I can't do it myself, I don't get a little fuck.
The system is installed on the SSD, i.e. drive C. I have the hard drive as drive D. And the pendrive with the system is made in this way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJNfkpR508Q and
this is disk E.
So where is the f partition from the log about the broken bootres.dll file?
If I set up a flash drive in the bios to boot, then the option to install windows turns on. If I set the SSD drive, as I mentioned at the beginning, the computer gets a dark gray screen and does not want to show the login window to the desktop. In the event that I set the boot on a pendrive I can enter at the command prompt that the computer turns on in safe mode. Then boot from the SSD turns on the computer in safe mode.
Hands fall, will you help?
