[ESP32 LoRa HELTEC] Module does not connect to Arduino - errors and no detection

Hello All!
Has anyone had anything to do with these modules?
I can't do anything with them. Under Arduino they don't see each other and it keeps throwing me some error.
Maybe some step by step instructions as I'm running out of ideas.
