HIK VISION DS7608NI-K2 Recorder & KENIK KG-4030D Camera: Stream Encryption Key Issue in IVMS App

Hello.
I have an IP HIK VISION DS7608NI-K2 recorder, and for this recorder 4Mpx KENIK KG-4030D kemera.
The image of cameras from the level of the recorder is, on the HIK CONNECT application I also have image from cameras.
I have a problem with the IVMS application and live view of cameras entering the recorder through its IP. In these two cases, I get this error:

Anyone know what's wrong where you enter this encryption key? In the recorder? into the camera? Where?

In the recorder settings in the network, probably online / remote view - somehow, you have a window for stream encryption. Review these settings and change them if necessary. It should work.

Configuration in the browser - local, in iVMS in the group tab and cameras list in the group. In NVR the key is entered in the tab where you configure the cloud.

In the RECORDER, uncheck "enable encryption" in the access to the platform
