Hello
For about two and a half years, I use the Huawei B315s-22 router equipped with an external antenna to subscribe to PLAY for communication with the world.
Until today, I could only praise this configuration.
Today, after opening the router's interface page, a message popped up telling me that the software should be updated. And from this router does not connect to the internet.
PLAY's consultant announced the refreshing of the data on the card, I was supposed to restore the factory settings (I did so too, though I do not know what to do).
The exchange of cards between the phone and the router brought only that the router is still without the Internet, and I am just writing from the phone. Hence, I conclude that the fault of not connecting is not on the PLAY side, but rather on the router.
Router displays the message: Connection failed due to incorrect telephone settings. Contact your service provider.
I found two previous versions of firmware in the universal language version, ie 21.311 and 21.313, but it seems to me that downgrade is not possible, or at least I have not been able to do it.
Earlier, the router was updated to software version 21.329. The whole procedure went smoothly, the router normally restarted, there was no message about any error, and yet the internet is missing.
In the settings I have the ability to manage profiles, but I do not know if I enter anything here myself, and I have not found anything interesting about it.
I will be grateful for any help, any suggestions that will help me solve the problem.
Aaaa, it seems to me that the router has a brand PLUS, can it affect its behavior? Now, after two and a half years of trouble-free use ?? How to carry out debranding?
