    Hi,
    I purchased Satel Perfecta 16.
    Problem:
    I don't have an ID number. when I go to Options TESTS> ID / IMEI, the ID is not displayed. It is: (FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)
    Imei appears.

    I would like to remotely connect to the system, but without an ID number, I cannot.
    I don't have a cable.
    Do you know why?
    I have connected the SIM card. I set up APN, USERA, PWD and SMS gateway.
    When I enter the TESTS option, the "range" option appears.
    So I think the SIM card is well positioned.
    DNS is on google. 8.8.8.8 checked tex DNS of t-mobile and nothing :(

    Run Perfecta Soft in the communication settings.

    I will add from myself that ID does not always want to "surprise" nicely. Yesterday I launched Perfecta 16 at the client's location with poor GSM coverage (20-25%). I gave up (for a moment, due to lack of time) but I know that after a few attempts it should surprise you (information from a friend). Today, in a location with 100% coverage, the same control panel, bought together with the previous one - the same series and soft - has started "from the kick". Obviously after configuring APN, usr, pass, DNS and options as Pollux writes.

    Once, a client provided me with a non-GPRS card. Coverage was showing.
