I will add from myself that ID does not always want to surprise nicely. Yesterday I launched Perfecta 16 at the client's location with poor GSM coverage (20-25%). I gave up (for a moment, due to lack of time) but I know that after a few attempts it should surprise you (information from a friend). Today, in a location with 100% coverage, the same control panel, bought together with the previous one - the same series and soft - has started from the kick. Obviously after configuring APN, usr, pass, DNS and options as Pollux writes.
