Hi. For two weeks now, I have been getting the message " the system has lost connection to the server" on my phone. Of course, it is then not possible to connect via the perfecta control app or remotely via perfecta soft on the laptop.
Calling, texting from the number in the control panel works, range at max, new battery, external antenna and nothing helps.
Orange card, second slot empty, after restarting the PBX everything starts to work and 1-2 days are ok.
Previously with two years everything was ok. anyone have any ideas?

I think it is indeed the fault of orange, I put the card in the other slot, uploaded the latest software, put on the external antenna.... and after three hours "the system lost connection to the server " I will wait a little longer and probably change operator.

Around 16-17 November the problems with orange started. And in this case equipment from other manufacturers.

Hello, I have a similar situation. For about a month now, the system has been regularly losing and gaining connection to the server. More of it is gone than is there. The app or software on the PC are unable to connect. The card is indeed Orange too and for the last several months it has been without problem. In tech support they said they have had a lot of requests this week and they all relate to Orange card connectivity....

I couldn't find anything specific about problems with 2G, with GPRS in Orange. Have they switched off any service etc. It's not very possible to call them. If anyone has more recent information on this, please write. Because the question is whether it's temporary and wait, or whether you have to replace the card with another operator (by the way, initially I had Play and it didn't work very well, so there are less and less of them left to choose from...)

This is what I thought at first, however it is probably a problem with the configuration of the alarm system, at first this also happened to me all you have to do is change the settings, preferably via PERFECTA Soft in the phone tab you have to set: GPRS APN: internet the same in user and password and dns server the best is to enter 8.8.8.8 all data is to be entered for orange operator except dns server it is for all operators in my case it all worked.

please find attached the Satel video in which they explain in turn what and how to do (unfortunately in English)
