It's a Windows Store process. As it is a system process, it cannot be closed with the task manager. Try it as it is shown here in the first post:

Buddy, I know, I was just looking for advice, I even turned this store off and when I turn it on, it writes that the store was blocked by the admin, and it still works in the background

Windows Update and the MS Store are working correctly? Attach the logs from FRST, from the scan (addition and frst.txt).
