Well I do not know. I have not had such a case.
Kit you bought a new one? Do you use with the older PADA model without a 3.5mm jack socket?
In order to eliminate the faulty device, connect the set to another PAD, if nothing changes try with a different console and your PAD. You can also reset the console to its initial state and try, except that you will have to install and download everything again and it is not known whether it will help.

In the display and sound settings you can change the audio format of the headphones, but I don't know if it will change anything.

I restarted the console, I changed all the settings and I don't see anything connected, but I don't have sound in them and I know the input is good because I have sound in them as a computer, connect the settings I tried every combination and nwm totally what to do and what is the fault

In this you will not have game sound. This is a game chat set.
If you want to have audio in games just like on TV, you need to buy the Xbox One Stereo Headset. I know from my own experience that the first models had the disadvantage of cracking bows. Perhaps this has already been fixed in newer models.
Or look for the adapter itself from the stereo system and connect your headphones.

Have you not tried to check the headphones on another console? Is there a partial problem entering the console?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the official Xbox One headphones, specifically regarding sound output when connected to the controller. The user reports that while the headphones work with a computer via USB, they do not produce sound when plugged into the Xbox One controller. Suggestions include checking for updates on the controller, testing the headphones on another console, and verifying the audio settings. It is noted that the headphones may only support chat audio and not game sound, and users are advised to consider purchasing the Xbox One Stereo Headset for full audio functionality. Additionally, resetting the console and trying different audio formats were recommended as potential troubleshooting steps.
