Toshiba TV with main 32AV933 Rev 1.02. This LED TV, in standby is ok. But when the ON pulse comes from the keyboard or the TLC, the output at pin 3 of U2, which should be 1.3V, is low and fluctuating. This is an RT8059GJ5 found on eBay. Replaced and failure resolved. Best regards to everyone
