Suspended end and roller shutter control by Somfy nina timer io remote control

Generally, I have a problem with 1 out of 15 window roller shutters with somfy motors and Nina Timer IO control. Every now and then the roller shutter stops halfway open, attempts to regulate the height of the limiters end in vain as the motor does not react to commands from the remote control (this motor), I can enter the programming but apart from checking the settings I cannot change anything, the only thing that helps is to switch off the power for a few minutes and the roller shutter hangs up, the limiters return to their standard settings and the remote control starts working on them. I talked to the service but they say that sometimes it happens that the motor and electronics fail and if the problem persists we will replace the motor. Maybe you have an idea what this miracle is because as I wrote it is one of 15 units and if all of them start to fail it will be a lot of work.
