    Hello
I am asking experienced colleagues for help in ensuring the correct operation of the Perfecta Control application in the Perfecta 32 headquarters with a Sim1 Orange card, Orange YES tariff - for top-ups.
    So it looks like this:
On July 15, I launched Perfecta with an Orange SIM card and the Orange YES card tariff, everything worked fine - mainly the operation of the Perfecta Control application. Yesterday, July 16, I replaced the SIM card with a client's card, also with an Orange card, and there was a problem, the Perfecta Control application could not connect, so I removed the card and installed it in the phone. I checked the Internet, connections, text messages, everything works. I installed my own Oranga card in the headquarters on which I configured everything and the application connections worked fine, so I reinstalled the client's Orange card in the headquarters and the Perfecta Control application started working properly for about 3 hours, after which a message appeared in the application "No connection. The device is not connected to the server." And it is so until now. What is the problem here? Is the Orange network blocking something?
I will add that the connection to the control panel via Perfecta Soft also stopped working.

Remove the card from the control panel, insert it into the phone and check:
-does he log in to the network?
    - switch your phone to 2G and verify whether it has coverage and whether the Internet via GPS works
    -state of funds

Basically, in this offer, the regulations prohibit the use of a SIM card in this type of devices, so Orange could have blocked you. Unfortunately, it happens.

Is changing the tariff alone enough?
What pre-paid Orange tariff will work? I'm asking for a solution.

If you have a blocked SIM card, you can't change anything.

The only sure solution is this: https://www.orange.pl/kid,4003317950,id,4003995568,title,oferta,helparticle.html
In practice, pre-paid offers are used and people pray not to have bad luck (usually these prayers are answered).

There were a lot of discussions on the forum about the offers, but practically all of them boil down to their profitability (so much Internet here, so many text messages there, and for PLN 3 or PLN 5, and valid for a year, etc.), which is secondary to the fact that the control panel may lose communication at any time.

So the current card is no longer suitable for operation? The operator will not unblock it even at the request of the user/customer?
This is the second such situation in Orange, except that in the previous case the client did not need the application but everything went wrong during installation, so any tariff in Orange is immediately blocked because my Orange card used for configuration is still being installed. works. It's probably better in other networks, but in the frequently used and not recommended Play network, I didn't have such a case.

If you promise to use it on your phone, they may unlock it, but they will keep an eye on it and the situation will probably repeat itself.

I have the impression that they are most eager to block when a lot of text messages are sent from the card - it is probably easiest for them to detect that the card is working in the headquarters. You can try switching to in-app notifications + clip in the event of an alarm, but this is in a new tab.

From my observations, Orange is the least problematic.

    Hello
    The application is launched.
Today the client dialed the number to Orange, provided his details and gave me the consultant, I told him that the card is in the alarm control panel and we need the Internet to work in 2G and EDGE technology, the consultant checked the blockages and refreshed the network operation, and the only thing that was blocking was the so-called safe internet blockage after its removal, the application started up again. Customer satisfied.

You were lucky :) I guess the consultant didn't know that these cards cannot be used in the switchboards.

He didn't just say anything like that. He said that such problems often occur and that refreshing the network and removing the safe internet block helps. And if that doesn't help, the Sim card is damaged and please replace it at the showroom because they'll fix it as well. But I explained to the client what the problem was and that it might stop working overnight.

    Contacting Orange solved the problem.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connectivity issues with the Perfecta Control application when using an Orange SIM card in the Perfecta 32 headquarters. Initially, the application functioned correctly with an Orange YES tariff SIM card, but problems arose after switching to a client's SIM card. Users suggested troubleshooting steps, including checking network access and switching to 2G. It was noted that Orange may block SIM cards used in control panels, leading to connectivity issues. A successful resolution was achieved by contacting Orange support, which involved removing a "safe internet blockage" that was preventing the application from functioning. Users shared experiences indicating that while Orange may block SIM cards, refreshing network settings can sometimes restore functionality.
