    Hello

Another problem for me is the key that is turning hard in the door. I have a castle like this:

For some time I have not been able to lock the door from the outside. The problem turned out to be a broken liner (I have an inlay with a sprocket).

At the beginning, in castorama, he acquired such a liner:

However, it turned out that the cylinder does not fit my lock, because it can ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY be inserted in such a way that either at almost full "key" I will not remove the key, or when it is almost "fully" opened, I will not remove the key from the lock.

In castorama I bought another, more expensive liner

Everything is nicely installed, only the problem is that the key moves very hard when locking. What's funny is that the key in the cheap liner was much easier. Not to mention the fact that when I install these 2 parts and screwed to the maximum, the key does not want to twist:

When turning it, it helps to slightly lift this part by hand:

Anyone have any idea what can be done with this conundrum? Going for another insert or what to do?

Regards and thanks in advance for your help.

Compare the new earbuds carefully with the old one.

Maybe the rack is bigger, taller, has thicker teeth, and locks up when inserted?
The key is also hard to move in the not yet installed cylinder? Only after assembly?
Spacing the teeth of the rack, maybe the rack must stop in a strictly defined position, because the key must surely come out.

At this point, I can no longer compare the size of the tooth / individual teeth. It's hard to walk only after assembly - exactly at the moment when he lifts the rails that go into the frame.

I thought that the sizes are standard everywhere .. you can see maybe not.

I still do not know why after screwing these 2 elements, which in the picture above, I can not turn the key at all. I mean, I know in total - because the point is that if there are no these elements and only a screw is attached to the insert, then when turning the key it moves slightly, and when these fastening elements are screwed, the insert is strongly stiffened and you can see that it is not in the perfect position - therefore I could not turn the key. I just don't know what to do with it, because I don't see any possibility of regulation there.
