I see SDM630 for over PLN 300 with shipping plus a loger, that's as much as the Supli meter with Wi-Fi, unless you have cheaper, then provide a link

In addition, you need a microcontroller, eg ESP8266 (Wemos D1 Mini). So the SDM logger itself will be maybe PLN 20. The ESP-07 WiFi serial can be used with Sofara. Of course, you also need your own server with which the microcontrollers will communicate over the MQTT protocol.
