Firefox browser (Plugins) for Hikvision DS-2CD2145F-I how to start?

What current browsers work properly with Hikvision cameras?

I tried to run Hikvision on Windows PC on Firefox, Chrome and it doesn't work.
The same webcam works fine on the old Internet Explorer.

Need some special additional Plugins, Webcomponents...? Thank you

PS Briefly I flashed that a plugin is required, but it fades quickly.

The least problematic to preview is the (unfortunate) InternetExplorer.

Generally, on some computers (Windows (?)) It just works like yours - i.e. I have locations where it has been working for years, and in other places it goes crazy.

As far as I know, Hik has a hard time getting along with Windows and that's why there are such problems.

The easiest way is to uninstall the WebComponents plug-in from Windows, then clean the plug-in folder from the C drive (set by default) and possibly from ProgramFiles or x86. Close your browser, reinstall the add-on, and enjoy the preview.

Alternatively, the installation of IVMS-4200 Lite and the preview configuration remains.

Thanks, but I don't have any plugins for Firefox or Chrome installed on my PC. On an older PC I had Pluginn for IE.

I would like to install the Hik preview on the new PC / Windows10, but not on the old IE, but more on Firefox, or possibly, less preferably on Chrome.

If you want to display Hikivision correctly you should try to install LsNvrNetClient but unfortunately this plugin only works up to version 52 of firefox
This applies to devices not only from this manufacturer.
