Do any of you know of any replacements that I could use as a wireless wall remote for controlling a garage door fitted with a Somfy Dexxo Pro 1000 RTS operator? I would like this remote to look like a regular wall switch, I know I have the option to do it wired but I would prefer radio. If...

Remote control manufacturing/selling companies have remote controls with a button output in their offers. You mount a button, e.g. a bell button, and insert the remote control into the box. I also have a Somfy just a different type, there was no problem. They said to come over with the original remote then they will pick something up.

Zamel RZB-01 Very good equipment, 868MHz, i.e. very insensitive to interference, variable coding, can be screwed or glued to the wall, 230V powered receiver, bistable, monostable, timed mode (i.e. just what you need).

Not really a zamel, I have a cable and can connect a normal bell, I'm looking for something more like a wall-mounted remote control. There are plenty of these on eBay, but not for this particular drive.

And why not Zamel? You glue the switch to the wall, put the receiver in the drive and connect it to the power supply on one side, to the wired opening terminals on the other (here I think START)

Price-wise it cracks me up. Over 200 for a gate opener button is a bit much

OK, then buy some kind of radio-controlled alarm system - here you can afford about 100PLN, modify the remote control (remove the button, add two cables and connect them to the bell switch) and that's it. Radio beacons work on 12VDC; if you can find this voltage in the drive, everything will work.

I found something like this , it doesn't look like a light button but ... does the job and in the garage it does not have to look topic to be closed. Thanks for the hints.
