Title: Disabling Power Failure Sounds on Satel Perfecta Alarm with PRF-LCD Keypad

Hello and welcome,
I am asking for help from experienced users of the Satel Perfecta alarm with the prf-lcd keypad.

I live in a housing estate in the middle of a forest, which is not only built quite intensively, but is also exposed to extremely frequent power failures due to weather conditions. Power outage happens at least a few times a month and with the weather we have now it is, for example, yesterday 2 times at night, today 2 times at night. When there is a power failure, the manipulator squeaks so loud that the whole house is put on its feet and I have to specially get up, go downstairs, delete the failure.
My question - how do I turn off the power failure keypad sound? All I need is a phone notification and a flashing LED. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hello, I read that and unfortunately I can't read it. I only found information on how to turn off the sound once a failure takes place and the whole house is awakened by this beeping. I don't know how to disable this type of signaling. All I need is an SMS notification and a flashing LED. Hence my question here.

Ok, I see I have a slightly different problem at the moment. I can't get into service mode at all. The user menu is missing options number 7 and 8. Unfortunately, I do not know any other password that would activate the service mode option in the menu. The installer who set up the alarm probably kept this knowledge to himself. Is there anything else I can do in this direction or would it be best to call the installer to set it up?
