Combining Euratech AC-30C7, Ferguson FS1DB, and Electro-Hook Setup

I would like to combine 3 devices into one system (keypad, videophone, electro-hook).
At the moment, the videophone with electric hook-up (connection according to the attached diagram) is working correctly
and keypad with electric hook-up (connection according to attached diagram - but without diode) .

Unfortunately, when I connect the videophone, the keypad and the electro-hook, the system does not work.
That is, the electro-hook is constantly in the "open" state.

Could someone please suggest how to connect all these devices so that they work properly ?
I don't know much about electronics so if you want to help, please write as if you were a blonde.

The Eura-tech service claims that with their devices they could help, and so they do not know how.
Ferguson service ... is silent.

As I wrote earlier, I am not familiar with electronics.
It seems to me that I have connected the whole thing as in the attached diagram,
As I also mentioned, separately these circuits work as expected (keypad with electro-hook and videophone with electro-hook)

I would appreciate it if you could sketch out how this should be connected instead of asking a layman what he has done and how.

There is a fundamental difference between "seems" and I did it as in the photo/drawing.
