[Solved] Thermomix TM5 Issue: Knife Stops Rotating with Load, Motor and Screw Functioning

Hello!
The knife in the Thermomix stopped spinning, i.e. the screw did, but the blades stayed in place. They were still spinning when the container was empty, but one large frozen strawberry was enough and at faster speeds a slight smoke came out of the knife screw...
We bought a new knife, everything worked fine for a week. And the same thing again: the screw is turning, the knives are stationary.
Can anyone advise? Is it the fault of the knife, the engine, or something else...?

Finally, we disassembled the entire Thermomix, cleaned it thoroughly and everything started working. With a new knife.
