    Hello!

I have a problem with a well-known and popular device, namely it has stopped heating.
After turning the knob, the scale does not light up and of course it does not give the temperature ...

I got the contraption turned on, but everything looks nice.

The device paused a bit and then clicked once, heated up beautifully, but now the hatch again.

Maybe someone repaired a similar fault, or at least saw a service shop?

Any advice and suggestions are welcome :)

I have a similar problem. VORWERK type Thermomix 21 / 2-1 - does not heat up. Heater OK, switching system - optocoupler and triac - OK, temperature sensor OK. How to check the rest without a schematic? Processor, memory, soft? Maybe I missed something?
I join the request for any suggestions.

For me, it turned out that an operating error is to blame ;) I don't remember exactly what I was doing wrong, but the device was not damaged.

My friend had a similar problem, but he forgot that in order for the Thermomix to heat up, you first need to set the operating time on the display.

Check that the triac is not compacted and that it is getting proper control.

if it heats up all the time, it is a replacement control panel, if you have a thermol 21/1, it's not a problem, costs just a penny, and as 21/2, there are costs almost PLN 500. other order does not heat up

    Hello !

I have described my problem here too.
I have a Thermomix from Vortwerk. The device seems to work properly, but the engine has no power, you can stop it with your hand and the engine becomes stupid. Everything looks fine on the control board. The transistors have no short circuits, and the electrolytes look OK too. The freezer didn't help either.

What could be the reason? Will I find a schematic of the device somewhere?

Hello, I also had a problem with the thermomix model 31, I called the service in Krakow, a very nice gentleman asked me to borrow a vessel from my friends because there was probably a problem here (he fell several times) and after replacing the vessel, everything is ok.
    Regards

I also bought a new one because, unfortunately, as I was told in the service, the heater is welding inside the vessel and nothing can be done with the old one, you have to buy a new one. The cost of a new one without the knife cover and stand is PLN 349 today.

Beloved mine. For posterity, because you will probably look more than once what is the reason for the lack of heating. And the matter is trivial. Clean the contacts between the pot and the device. My Thermomix stopped being dusty for half a year before I started working on it because I thought it was damaged. The contacts I had, I asked dirty and did not want to heat. Regards
