DDR2 HyperX Kingston RAM Issue: 2GB Sticks Only Showing 1GB in Computer - Solutions?

Hello, I have a problem with ddr2 hyperX bones, there are kingstones on each one is written that they have 2gb, but the computer reads 1gb each, I don't know what to do and I don't want to invest in the computer anymore, someone knows what to do or what it may be caused by this is a factory defect because I have heard such versions that such pieces hit, however, I am not sure myself. I also found ads with the same models and everything is the same, people say it is 8gb, the computer supports 8gb 1066mhz. It should work without problems, thank you for your help
