    Hi,

I have recently invested in an alarm system and a robotic mower (about 10 kg, 537 X 420 X 252 mm). Despite reducing the 'sensitivity' of the alarm it still goes off when the mower is running. I live abroad for a few months of the year, so manual control during this time is out, and turning the alarm off for 6h a day also misses the point a bit.

The company that fitted the alarm is spreading its arms. It is logical that they did a good job. Do you have any suggestions for solving this problem? I suspect it will appear more and more frequently with your customers.

You write about an alarm system and upload a picture of a surveillance system. Describe what components make up this alarm system because without this it is difficult to advise anything.

I am a complete layman - forgive me. This is the information I received from the installation company:
(if this is not enough then please let me know what questions I can still ask them).

You just bought a weak one of these mowing robots that doesn't have Stealth technology. :) .
You require the motion detector to not detect movement from an object that is driving and emitting heat.
Set the robot to drive at 0.1m/s then maybe it won't detect it. After all, the specification says detection from 0.2 to 3.5 m/s :) Sometimes things go wrong.

What is the facility and what is protected? Which control panel? How many detectors are affected? What lenses are in these detectors? How many detectors are there in total? How are these detectors positioned? Mounting height? In addition to the external detectors, are there reed switches in windows/doors and internal detectors?
