    Hello
I do not want to start a new topic because mine is similar, namely the patient e46 oem central locking, unfortunately, only 1 pilot. The problem is, the central locking won't unlock the door, it has happened once or five before, but now he's completely dead. After I sit in the car and close the central locking with the remote control, everything is closed, the lights inside the car turn off, the directions blink to indicate that the car is locked, but when you try to open the car, you can hear the relays in the comfort module doing their job. as a sign that the vehicle is open, but the central lock is still closed when it was closed. After diagnostics with the original and less original programs, zero errors. The remote control was with a specialist, replacing the battery, correcting something, checking the remote control gives signals to open the closing and open the trunk. The button on the central console of the lock control unit is not able to open the lock, it will close all the doors, but when you re-use it to open the control panels, you only hear a click from the comfort module. If you try to open the locks from the driver's door, only the driver's door will open. Anyone had such a case? Maybe someone can help somehow?

    greetings

    .
Disconnect the plug from e.g. the driver's door and then do a diagnostic with " these original " programs.
See if any errors then appear....
Remove the carpets from the floor and check all ground connection points to the body inside the cabin (there are several...).
Helpful post? Buy me a coffee.

    Hello

Apologies to the moderator for my error. Problem solved, despite a supposedly working comfort module the current going out to open the central locking system was too weak. New (used module) and everything works. A bit of coding and everything is ok
