    Hi.
I have a problem with microsoft teams. I log in to my account with the correct login and password, and teams inform me of the problem at the top of the window on the bar "there was a problem. Reconnecting" and I cannot join groups, etc. Then a window pops up with the text "There was a problem. Trusted Platform module Your computer's platform has crashed "Error code: 80090016 Server message: Keyset does not exist. I am sending the screen in the attachment. I have already reset the TPM in device manager. The case is troublesome because it prevents me from participating in college classes. Anyone have any ideas what to do?

Well, it is quite an interesting invention and it can surprise you. I have to uninstall and reinstall the application to change the user (I'm not sure it will surprise you, but it works if it will surprise you) :-P Admittedly, this is due to idiotic authentication settings in the company, but it still annoys. What are you using Is it a desktop application or a browser application?

Only Chrome (apparently) "works" with Teams. In Firefox, I can listen, but I can't turn on the microphone or the camera :-P . But if you have a problem with logging in via the browser, maybe something is wrong with the access itself (login and password are definitely correct)?
I always logged in correctly through my browser.

I am using the application and I had problems with it this week. I have the impression that Microsoft is rummaging around the entire Office, because they were not only about Teams, Planner was crashing, problems with access to One Drive, etc.

Hi. I tried to deal with the problem with the help of two IT specialists - and nothing, but the third one came up - of course, maybe the idea will be successful - the solution is very simple - setting up a new account, preferably local / for 2 months, everything goes without problems, pop-up errors and repeat logins, etc. Regards

    Hello
I have the same problem. Could you elaborate on the idea - "setting up a new account, preferably local"? What account is this about?
Thank you in advance and best regards
