    Hello,
When the stove is turned on (ignition), it squeaks for a while. The stove is new, one year old. In general, it lights up frequently, could it be due to overheating? The stove is DE DIETRICH MCR HOME 24/30

according to technical data, this boiler has a minimum power of 5.2 kW for boiler water 50/30.
If the power of the radiators for a given boiler water temperature is lower than the minimum boiler power, the boiler will constantly raise the boiler water temperature.
If the boiler temperature is set too low, the boiler turns off the burner when it is reached and after an appropriate time lock or when the sensors detect the appropriate water temperature in the boiler, it will restart unless the room regulator turns off the heating request. I don`t know your boiler, so I`m writing in general terms.
The settings on the boiler and the settings in the room regulator, its operating algorithm, water flow through the radiators, etc. are important.
This may also be normal behavior of the boiler in your conditions, but I do not rule out some fault if it worked completely differently before.

"It`s hard for me to understand what you mean," he squeaks.
If it is not the whine of the fan at high speed or another mechanical noise, a vibration/whistling sound sometimes appears in the condensates when there is a lack of oxygen in the combustion chamber.
You have to listen to it in person or measure it with an analyzer.

the fact that it starts often may be a symptom of low heat demand, for example a small installation and the boiler is not working properly.

    Regards

Yes, this firing is normal. However, what I mean is the sound when the burner is turned on, as if it were whistling/squeaking. Raising the temperature on the stove helped me once, but now the problem is back

I`m refreshing it, when it squeaks it did, I turned up the temperature a bit. It doesn`t squeal every time I turn it on, but it happens a few times during the day

maybe this squeaking is the effect of the buzzing of the coils in the gas module when it works at minimum power?

This sound is unpleasant, more of a squeaking than a buzzing sound. I can hear it in the living room from the bathroom

Sometimes the main burner can whistle like this when the gas is flowing through it with sufficient efficiency. I had something like this in Termet G-19-02. Then I disassembled the stove and, among other things, thoroughly cleaned the main burner and flame stabilizers. There must have been something there, crap, burnt dust, soot, etc. whether in the burner or in the nozzles, we don`t know. After washing, it whistled only when the gas was turned on properly, but at low and medium power it stopped. Generally, once a year the stove should be removed from the wall, taken apart, washed, blown out, what needs to be lubricated, what needs to be descaled, etc. Now I have an old Ariston GIWH, which is about six years old, bought for a lot of money as a damaged one. and works flawlessly, but you need to take care of it.

So hurry up because the warranty is already uphill.

    I had a warranty inspection.
There was nothing there, it was cleaned, etc. It didn`t make any squeaking noise when operated. After cleaning it still squeaked.
I changed the PI setting in the tybox to 30 minutes and reduced the temperature in the house to 21.5. He hasn`t squeaked for a month.
Most likely it was the burner squeaking, the tybox caused it to turn on every now and then.

    Hello.
The burner in the gas stove (new Electrolux kitchen) makes a squeaking noise when the flame is low,
so it`s definitely your burner that`s squealing.
    Regards.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a squeaking noise during ignition in the DE DIETRICH MCR HOME 24/30 gas stove, which the user suspects may be related to overheating. Responses indicate that the noise could be due to various factors, including low heat demand, mechanical vibrations, or issues with the burner. Some users suggest that the squeaking may be a result of the gas module operating at minimum power or a buildup of debris in the burner. Adjusting the temperature settings and regular maintenance, such as cleaning the burner, are recommended solutions. The user noted that changing the settings on their thermostat helped reduce the noise.
