A battery with a light bulb not enough? Well, maybe with an LED. In principle, you can power some module that will transmit a fixed signal.

I am looking for a module that sends a signal to the HomeAssistant.

There was some time ago this topic raised in the forum - search, there were various ideas there. For such tasks, you can use ESPHome for example and create your own module. You could also use a door/window closing sensor - plug in instead of a reed switch.

Practically any esp8266 based device with one free gpio will take care of this. With software to send an MQTT message e.g. Tasmota, Espeasy, supla etc.

Hello
I have a septic tank fill sensor which has a NO signalling output and when filled the contact is shorted.
