My Parkside sander motor just broke, the brush was bent. I found a similar one on an ali...chinese site.

I have the same problem, the brush holder is worn out. Could you give us a link to this engine from the auction?

Hello, like everyone above, I have the same problem. Looks like they took good care of the repair. The only solution I found is a brush holder from a Chinese site for about PLN 11 to PLN 25 from the 895 engine. After entering the rs895 carbon brush holder, you can find a lot of auctions with photos of buyers and they are well sized, unfortunately you have to grind these clamped places to insert a new one.

You have to grind and generally it's a sculpture to insert other brushes, but my grinder works all the time after replacement, so it's worth a try.

    I bought on Allegro: Hilti brushes SFC22A SFC22ACE SFC 22 A SFC 22 ACE
    And they fit.

Can anyone confirm these Hilti SFC22A brushes fit?

Will these brushes fit the Parkside 20V battery sander?

The brush holder looks completely different, how did you put it in the housing? Or the brushes themselves, but how to attach them?

Yes, it looks different, has a different diameter, so it won't come in just like that. I used the same plates with brushes. I cut off about half the old plates with brushes and soldered the new ones, also cut off, so that the brushes were not opposite each other on the rotor. I had to do it because my plates were worn and it was not possible to change the brushes themselves. If the plates are ok, you will transfer the brushes themselves without soldering and combinations. For me, as I wrote, there was a sculpture.

I also have one worn plate. And how to bend these housing protections that are clamped on the brush holder? Grind them or pliers? You can't bend it with a screwdriver.

I partially sanded it with a small angle grinder.

Nobody found this engine, maybe you can buy it on their website? It's strange that all motors have these brush holders broken.

Have any of you found this motor or a good replacement?

Engine only in the Chinese online store. I managed to replace almost plug & play brushes. RS895 brushes fit. You just need to translate such tiny resistors/capacitors, I don't know what it is exactly and what function it has, but I translated it with the original ones.
