Is it worth switching from Orange 1 Gb/s to T-Mobile 900 Mb/s fiber to save about PLN 550, and should I pay for the premium modem?

If Orange already works well for you, many users say not to change just for the discount, because T-Mobile may be better in some routes but can also bring its own issues depending on the line and routing [#19266551] Wired speeds are generally reported as close to the offer, with users seeing about 270–298 Mb/s on 300 Mb/s, and around 860 Mb/s or more on 900/300 [#19271656][#19474091][#20666392] The standard modem has weak Wi‑Fi range, so for higher speeds or a larger flat/house the premium modem is the safer choice, and some people even got it by complaint without paying extra [#19271656][#19271712] Be aware that T-Mobile often gives a private IP, which means closed NAT; a public IP may be possible after a complaint and can matter for consoles and some gaming [#19474091][#19474095][#20601819] Routing is generally described as good in Poland and often abroad, but there were also reports of bad links via Level3/Deutsche Telekom/Vienna causing high latency and packet loss to some western servers [#19268368][#19461527]

Badly wired, poor quality, damaged etc wires from router to host. Possibly dirty, bent, stressed contacts in the NIC. Alternatively, the NIC in the router or host is failing. All symptoms indicate that the link is not setting up at 1000Mbps but at 100Mbps.

I've been bothering them for over a year to fix it for me, and they say everything is fine. No technician has been sent to check, and I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas perhaps?
I don't know, maybe write a telecom complaint?

For me, T-Mobile is the worst company when it comes to internet. Since November, that is since signing the contract, problems with the internet. Several times during the day no internet access. After a phone call to the helpline, of course the problem is not with them, but with me. Do a pin test or disconnect all devices and the internet comes back. How many times in a day can you do this? No interest to resolve the problem.
I definitely do not recommend this company if you want stress free internet.

In most cases Tmobile does not own the fibre, at my place after the Inea network I have Tmobile already 3 years and there was no net in total with 2 times at night some technical work and yes it works.

I unfortunately experience the lack of internet every day
I call almost every day and they ask to do a pin test 🙈
I regret very much that I signed a contract with them.

Every day it is possible to call the family.
Complain in writing, point out the problem there, demand compensation and redress, terminate the contract due to the operator and go to another.
