Do you also have this? I don't have python or git on my computer. I run as administrator installer . Already in the second step the certificate checker spins endlessly. I have to skip them each time. At the end, the installer crashes
.

The problem was a missing KB2999226 patch. When there is a problem with downloading, go to internet options and check tls 1.1 and tls 1.2 support
