I mean such a Vectra C radio. My main point is to check it, i.e. the correct connection of the plus and minus and at least 2 speakers.

Description of the cube from the factory CD radio from Vectra C 2004 Standard ISO cube. It's just that the Opel has a changed plus key and a permanent plus. So yellow and red.
The rest of the ISO cube description can be found easily on the net.
It has communication with the display at the very top.

And you can check such a radio outside the car on only two speakers or does it have to be complete?

You can even use one speaker, but how do you enter the code without having a display and not seeing what is happening?
A dozen years ago I bought a display and made a part of the installation for this and similar receivers, it is still useful today.

I checked the radio without the display, intuitively pressed the keys and entered the code and the radio plays normally and the CD also works.
