    Hello.
I have a problem with the roller shutters after a power outage. Roller shutters controlled from INDUAL touch panels or via the app. Once the power is on, one or two of the roller shutters only raise partially!!! I then play around with switching off the power for a while and see if they manage to raise it. Unfortunately, sometimes I reset like this 20 times!!! I also try via the app playing with the visualization of the roller shutter and sometimes—and I don't know how—it succeeds. Of course, it all takes a very long time because I take breaks so as not to burn out the motor.
Is there any way to do this!
    Greetings.

I found the solution!!! With the roller shutter closed, hold down the central sensor until it starts flashing. Now you have to wait more or less (rather more) as long as the roller shutter would rise. For example: it takes 12 sec. for the roller shutter to go from closed to open, you have to wait at least that long with the flashing sensor and then briefly touch it again to stop it flashing. The roller shutter can now be raised. If the roller shutter does not rise completely, repeat the operation with the roller shutter closed, but wait longer.
    Kind regards.

This is not a solution but one of the instruction points also available on YT.

However, I know that sometimes there are problems with keeping the set operating times in memory. As normal roller shutter drives have their limit switches it is worth setting this time a few seconds higher.
