Thanks for the tips I did some research and found something like this: this should take care of my topic. Simple mosfet driver from google is for high currents. In my case it predicts 2A max. Maybe I'm wrong...

Well, this is already better. Only since it's a 12V LED module this resistor is not really needed.

Type in Simple mosfet driver, there are plenty of schematics to choose from.
