Sonoff TH10 temperature reading algorithm - CO furnace delays and control

Hello everyone,.
Maybe someone knows what is the temperature reading algorithm for sonof th10?
Is it relative to swapping the temperature by a specific value or relative to time, every hour, half hour or whatever?
I have such a sonof fitted to regulate the room temperature and I am annoyed by the long delays associated with reading the current temperature which involves a delay in switching on the CO cooker.
I don't know if mine is faulty or do they have this?

With me, there is a live reading with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees. When the set temperature is reached, it immediately switches the power on or off at the output.
