No, Satel has a closed communication protocol and you can't get to the detectors with other devices like Satel. You can connect the detectors to the ACU-220, configure the ACU outputs to violate the wireless detector and then use the physical ACU outputs to violate the ports in the ESP.

ACU-220 I will connect and program on ESP32

The ACU-220 has modbus on board, so you can easily send everything via 2 cables and control the outputs.
