[Solved] Tuya OTX Zigbee Dual Channel Dimmer Disconnects After Pairing with Gateway

Good morning,

I have purchased a Tuya gateway along with a couple of relays and one OTX zigbee dual channel dimmer for lighting control.
All the relays work flawlessly while with the dimmer I have such a problem that after pairing it with the gateway it works for a few seconds where it responds by switching on and off then goes offline. The dimmer does not have a physical button connected at the moment. The light sources are designed to work with the dimmer.

I would like to add that during the pairing mode, the lighting blinks to the rhythm of the led indicating the pairing mode.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Successfully solved the problem by dropping the voltage. Strange but it helped .
