    Hi.
    I have a problem with a POLUX TUYA LED tape (https://www.interblue.pl/tasmy-led/tasma-led-z-funkcja-muzyczna-sterowana-smartfonem-16w-3000k4000k6000krgb-wifi-smart-tuyasmart-polux.html).
    After pairing the tape with the Tuya app, when I turn it off with the wall switch and turn it back on, the tape starts flashing and loses connection with the app.

    What could be causing this problem? Is it possible that the tape driver is faulty?

    It should not be switched off but constantly connected to the power supply.

    In that case, how do you switch off the strip? Via the app?

    My question is whether adding a Zigbee gateway would solve the problem?
