    Welcome.

    I have two strips for my computer, printer, desk etc. stuff.
    I decided to sort it out somehow and rewire it so that the cables don't bother me.
    After rewiring, my electric desk doesn't respond to pressing the raise button, only the button to lower the desk works.
    When I click down I can hear something switch on there, there is a snap and when I click up nothing happens and nothing is heard.

    I bought such a desk today and have the same problem. It was supposed to be in perfect condition, but I forgot to add that it doesn't lift. Have you perhaps solved the problem? Is there a part to be replaced?

    I was assuming this option as well, but the color of the frame and top is different. Well, unless it's for the sake of deception 🙂

    Perhaps after transporting, or reconnecting cables sometimes such a reset is required.

    I created an account here just to confirm that a manual reset helped me too :) It was a different driver and desktop model, but it went without a problem. Thanks!
