Hi, I fitted a double B-LINE touch switch and after a while the problems started....

The switch controls two lines, in each two energy-saving fluorescent lamps. On line L1 plugged in the capacitor that came with the switch. Once fitted everything worked beautifully, both remote control and wifi control from the phone. Unfortunately after changing the wifi router the problems started - first the light started to switch on by itself, completely randomly, failed to connect to the next router until it stopped responding to the control. The light is not on.... But that's not the end of the story. I unplugged it to reboot everything just in case. After reconnecting it (only L1 first of course) the blue led lit up for 10 seconds, then went out. After holding down the touch field it enters programming mode, and programs both lines. Unfortunately, neither from the remote nor from the panel does the light come on....

Is there anything that can be done? Or send it back to the dealer?

    regards
    Tom

So the problem is not in the electrical system. I am moving from the electrical section.
